Practice Policy

It is important for each athlete to attend as many practices as possible for her team. Practices provide coaches the opportunity to work with each girl on necessary skills, and also provide coaches the opportunity to see which girls are ready to compete for a spot on the court.If a practice is going to be missed, coaches must be notified at least one hour prior to practice.

If a player is going to be absent from practice due to family commitments or vacations advance notice is required.

Players must come to practice ready to work hard and improve. Practices are not considered social gatherings. Dress appropriately in volleyball clothing. Do not wear spaghetti straps, low cut shirts, or shirts that show midriffs. Players wearing inappropriate clothing will not be allowed to practice.
